Andrea Anders

Anders is a native of Madison, Wisconsin. She was raised and born within Madison, Wisconsin but now lives in Los Angeles, is originally from DeForest. She graduated from DeForest Area High in DeForest in 1993. Then, in 1997 she graduated with a bachelor's degree in fine arts from University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. She graduated with a Master's Degree in Fine Arts in 2001 from Rutgers University. Anders was in a relationship with Matt LeBlanc (whom she met at the set of Joey) and her co-star of the show that was cancelled. Sean Anders, director of Sex Drive and Never Been Thawed (anders.com) is her brother. Anders began her career in the theater at the age of 2001. She was a understudy of Mary Louise Parker in the Broadway production of Proof and also later played her role as Elaine Robinson in The Graduate. On the Jump was her debut appearance on The Arena Stage. New Doors occurred in Guthrie Theater. Guthrie Theater. There were two New York Stage & Film productions: Cold/Tender & New World Rhapsody were also staged through New York Stage & Film. Anders was first seen as a character in Fat Pig, a Geffen Playhouse show. Fat Pig, which closed on the 1st of July 2007 saw Anders play Jeannie an accountant. Anders was first shown on television in an ad for Dannon the show, which ran from 2006, and then again in the 1990s. Anders was most well-known for her roles in Joey in Joey and The Class, where she appeared as Nicole Allen Campbell (the ex-wife of a football players) (and as the lawyer Alex Garrett). Both series were cancelled, even though she was on every episode. Anders appeared in guest roles on One Life to Live (as Donna Degenhart), Law & Order (as Heather), The Guiding Light as well as Tru Calling. In 2003 she appeared as Donna Degenhart on five episodes of the HBO drama Oz. She also made brief appearances on The Stepford Wives (2004) as Heather as well as Sex Drive (2008) as Brandy. Anders appeared on Numb3rs 2008 as well. Anders made appearances in two unfulfilled television pilots. Spellbound And News To Me. Then, Anders was cast in Better Off Ted, a single-camera comedy about work written by Victor Fresco for ABC.
